Orders from UAE
We deliver all over the UAE through courier services. Local courier charges applicable. Cash on delivery (COD) through same courier service. We'll email you when your goods are dispatched and provide details to track your order. Should you need to cancel your order for any reason, refunds and exchanges you can contact us on +9716 568 3015 Saturday to Thursday (+4GMT). Note: We do not ship to Post Box addresses.
Orders from outside the UAE
Pre-payment is taken on all orders. Customers can pay by bank transfer, our bank details are available upon request. However, please note that the payee must pay its own and our bank charges on transfer of funds, and in some cases these charges may exceed the value of the goods purchased. Orders are despatched within 5 days once the payment has been received, but you should allow up to 14 days for delivery outside UAE.
